Delivery & Shipping
At Pearsons Florist, we take great pride in delivering your floral arrangement with care. When you select your delivery date and time at checkout, we guarantee your flowers will be delivered on the date and time slot selected. Our flowers are delivered by our own trusted drivers (no 3rd party couriers) in temperature-controlled vehicles, so every arrangement arrives fresh, beautiful and handled with the utmost care.
Same Day Flower Delivery
Deliveries are between 9am and 6pm Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Sydney & Melbourne
Order by 2pm Monday to Saturday for same-day delivery.
Central Coast
Order by 10am Monday to Saturday for same-day delivery.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered on the next available delivery day.

Common Delivery Questions
Can you guarantee a specific time for a flower or gift delivery?
We can not guarantee a specific delivery time. However, we will make every attempt to fulfil your request.
- For all deliveries to businesses, we aim to deliver by 5pm
- For all deliveries going to schools, we aim to deliver by 3pm
- For deliveries going to funerals, we aim to deliver 60 minutes before the service

What if the recipient is not home?
If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made, we will try and contact the recipient on the mobile provided. The flowers or gift can be left at the recipient’s front or back door, if requested to do so by the sender, or if our experienced couriers deem it safe to do so. If the gift cannot be left safely, we will contact you to work out a solution. Additional charges may apply.
What if I have the incorrect delivery details?
Pearsons Florist will attempt to find the correct address. If the flowers are delivered to the address supplied by the customer and the address is incorrect, additional charges may apply to remake the flowers and arrange re-delivery. Please make sure the address is correct when placing your order, and check your order confirmation email once received.
Can I make a change to my order?
We will always make every effort possible to accommodate changes to your order.

How will I be notified?
Pearsons Florist will send you an SMS and/or email notification when the delivery leaves our florist and once the flowers have been delivered.
Do you contact the recipient prior to delivery?
We’re unable to guarantee specific delivery times. However, you can request that we call the recipient prior to delivery by leaving a note in the “Delivery Notes” field at checkout.
Our team may also contact the recipient if needed to assist with completing the delivery.
