WHERE DO PEARSONS DELIVER IN SYDNEY?
Pearsons deliver flowers, plants and gifts to all Sydney suburbs. We accept orders until 2pm Monday to Friday and until 8am on Saturday or until our delivery capacity is reached for each day. We do not deliver on Sundays (except Mother's Day each year) or Public Holidays. Our store in Bondi Junction is usually open 7 days a week.

There will be no deliveries on the Public Holidays for Good Friday on 29th March or Easter Monday 1st April 2024.

WHEN ARE WE OPEN?
We are always open online, orders can be placed 24/7.

DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?
Yes, we sure do! Orders for same day delivery must be placed before 2pm (AEST) Monday-Friday, and 8am on Saturdays.
You can select the date of delivery as part of the checkout process.

WHAT HOURS DO WE DELIVER?
Normal flower delivery hours for Pearsons Florist are between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. There are limited deliveries on Saturday.

PEARSONS DELIVERY FEES?
Standard delivery to most Sydney suburbs is $18.
Some distant Sydney suburbs are between $20-30 depending on the distance.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE TO GUARANTEE SAME DAY FLOWER DELIVERY?
Need flowers delivered today? For same day delivery in Sydney, orders must be placed by 2pm (AEST) Monday - Friday and by 8am (AEST) on Saturday to guarantee same day delivery excluding Public Holidays or until capacity of delivery is reached or until our products are sold out.

CAN I ORDER FLOWERS ONLINE FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF SYDNEY?
If you wish to place an order for delivery outside of Sydney please call us at (+ 61 2) 9550 7777 or email [email protected] and we will gladly assist you in finding a suitable florist.

CAN YOU GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC TIME FOR A FLOWER OR GIFT DELIVERY?
Pearsons Florist cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it.
All orders to businesses will be delivered by close of business.

DO YOU RING THE RECIPIENT PRIOR TO DELIVERY?
You can request us to call the recipient prior to delivery by putting a note in the "delivery notes" field on the order page. We may call a recipient when necessary in order to ensure your delivery runs as smooth as possible.
Please note, that all deliveries to hospitals are confirmed prior to delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AT HOME?
If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made, we will try and contact the recipient on the mobile provided. The flowers or gift can be left at the recipients front or back door, if requested to do so by the sender; or if our experienced couriers deem it safe to do so.
If the gift cannot be left safely, we will contact you to work out a solution.
Additional charges may apply.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DELIVERY DETAILS SUPPLIED ARE INCORRECT?
Pearsons Florist will attempt to find the correct address.
If the flowers are delivered to the address supplied by the customer and the address is incorrect additional charges may apply to remake the flowers and arrange a re-delivery.
Please make sure the address is correct when you order, and check the order confirmation email when it is received.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We will make every effort possible. This is not possible if the order is already with our driver for delivery.

CAN PEARSONS FLORIST LET ME KNOW WHEN THE FLOWERS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED?
Pearsons will send an SMS or email to provide notification of delivery.

WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES DISPLAYED IN?
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
