If you have received your roses at work, simply leave them in the box with the water phials until you arrive home.
Once you are ready to put your roses in a vase, follow these simple instructions:-
- Remove gift-wrapping and any water vials from the roses if they have them.
- Choose a vase. Preferably tall enough to showcase the roses. Add fresh water up to three quarters full.
- Trim the stems of the green foliage first and place in vase to create a framework in which to position the roses.
- Cut approximately 1cm off each rose stem with sharp scissors at an angle and then place them into the vase.
- Place your flowers in a cool, draft free position.
- If flowers begin to wilt, recut the stems, clean the vase and refill with fresh water.
