When you select the date of delivery on checkout, we guarantee to deliver on the date selected.
We offer same day delivery, the cut off for Monday - Friday is 2PM and Saturday is 8AM.

Our designers will ALWAYS do their best to ensure your gift looks like the image shown on our website.
Flowers and plants are seasonal and subject to availability we may need to substitute blooms at different times of the year.

How do I know the size?+
Where possible we will give approximate dimensions with our designs. However, as flowers and plants are a natural product they don't always conform to strict sizes. We often picture our product with one of our designers or couriers to give you an idea of scale. Trust our team to create something beautiful and appropriate for your special occasion.
Will I know when my gift has been delivered?+
We'll keep you informed throughout the whole delivery process. We'll let you know when the flowers leave our Design Centre and then once your gift has been delivered. Unlike most other florists, Pearsons do not outsource their deliveries. We have a dedicated, in-house delivery team to ensure that all orders are delivered on time, and with the utmost care.
Are you a real florist?+
Pearsons have been delivering flowers in Sydney since 1969. We have a dedicated Design Centre based in Stanmore, our beautiful Flagship Store in Bondi Junction Westfield plus our own School of Floristry.
We have recently opened in Melbourne, with a design centre located in Yarraville.

What is your delivery fee?+
We charge a flat fee of $18.
We also offer a priority delivery option that you can choose at checkout if you need flowers urgently.
For specific delivery requests such as for a funeral service, please add a note under delivery instructions and we will accommodate.
