Enjoy a live Christmas tree in a pot, an eco-friendly way to keep the Christmas tradition alive. Christmas Trees are traditionally Fir trees, ancient conifers native to mountain ranges across various continents. They are able to live in pots during the festive season and can later be transplanted to grow into your garden.

After 1-3 weeks your Christmas tree will need to be planted! Fir's root systems are large and also require the sturdiness and nutrients that the ground provides.
After Christmas time:
Pick a spot in your garden, dig a hole about two times wider than the root ball
Remove the pot, place your tree in the hole ensuring the tree is a little higher than the soil line
Fill the space of the hole with soil, making sure there are no air pockets
Water the soil and add mulch around the roots for extra protection
